The user was entering numbers for speed dial when problem occurred.
In the GUI, Under user accounts and port status the SIP has a line through it. Under IP Phone Config, Registered IP displays "Not Registered".
This must be an easy fix, but I do not know what to do. I thought it could have something to do with the SIP Auth password. I have logged in via CLI and entered a show voice user command. The sip auth password is set to 1234. All passwords for that user are 1234. still does not appear as registered. I highlight user mac in GUI under ip phone config and under other actions, attempt to sync phone, but get an error message "error executing sync command."
Please help!
Thanks.
Kevin

Re: Configured for a SIP but port not registered?
Kevin, please reply with the configuration of the 7100 as well as the configuration of a non-working phone. You can get the phone configuration by connecting to the 7100 via FTP and looking in the ADTRAN folder.
Thanks
Jay
