NetVanta 7100 won't reboot

We found out our 7100 is end of life and no longer supported.

This afternoon we started having problems with the phone system and we unplugged the 7100. Plugged it back in and the lights are stuck in amber.

Any techs out their that can help us via phone or that is located in El Paso Texas
