Netvanta 7100

I have a Netvanta 7100 the voice message for ogm (out going message) when someone calls is scrambled you can't understand it.

I upgraded the firmware to see if it helps, so far no luck.

I deleted the old one record new one , still the same, you cannot understand anything.

Can someone point me to the right direction please.
