We have our Netventa 7100 residing in United States and we are having Polycom IP331 in Both US and India, India we connect it via IPSEC (Point to Point) VPN between both sites through our Firewall.
Our India Users have lot of concern over the quality of voice in both Hard phone and soft phone. In both there is a lot of Voice breaks and inconsistency in the quality.
Will appreciate if somebody can help us resolve this, What can we do in India or US to get this issue solved adding any other equipment's on both location is also fine.
Thanks in Advance.

Sangeeth,
I would first suggest you look into how QoS is implemented at both sites. This link has a great example and diagram of how to setup QoS if the 7100 is using an Ethernet or VLAN interface as the WAN:
I would be interested to know what type of response times you get in each direction from ping tests as a data-point. The unfortunate truth is that voice quality simply cannot be guaranteed when the Internet is used instead of a private leased circuit. If implementing QoS on both sides does not improve the situation enough you may need to look into getting a private circuit between the sites.
Thanks,
Matt
