Jump to solution

Update our UC server to version 6.02 , when I install the clients , the uc client itself works but get an error when I try to launch the UC Companion .

Anyone else see this error and any suggestions on resolving it ?

Chris, that condition is a known issue we have developed a hotfix for. Eventually a new version of release code will be posted to the website with the fix, but in the meantime if you contact Tech Support, they can provide you with it. Thanks

Chris, no, we don't have it publicly posted anywhere. TS would be able to provide you with the file and instructions to implement. Thanks
