Adtran TA908E Gen3 IPSEC Tunnel To Sonicwall - Not Establishing

I appreciate any help you can provide. 

We are trying to setup a VPN to a Sonicwall. 

We are getting to the fifth message of phase 1, but not further. 

I have attached parameters, configs, and debugs.
