This should seem like a very simple question and fix, but my customer is reporting their alarm panel isn't communicating with the Adtran 924e 2nd Gen (and we do have 3rd gen devices as well), and that their panel needs to use 'contact-id' format/protocol.
Looking through the voice user config for the pots line, I'm not seeing this command as an option and even on the later 924e 3rd gen versions running 14.1 firmware. The following voice user config already has the recommended following:
no modem-passthrough
no modem-passthrough cng-early-detect
Echo-cancellation
Am I missing anything?
