Sending IP4 0.0.0.0 for RTP over ppp connection

Hello,

I have a TA924E setup on two WAN connections.
One is a standard interface and the other is using ppp.
When using the ppp interface the TA is sending back 0.0.0.0 for the RTP port:

v=0
o=- 1589303742 1589303742 IN IP4 0.0.0.0
s=-
c=IN IP4 0.0.0.0

Here is the config:

interface eth 0/2
  no ip address
  no shutdown

interface ppp 1
  ip address [IP ADDRESS] 255.255.255.0
  media-gateway ip primary
  no fair-queue
  ppp pap sent-username [USERNAME] password {PASSWORD]
  no shutdown
  cross-connect 1 eth 0/2 ppp 1
