Software Upgrade

I am new to Adtran and I have just started supporting an Adtran device. I currently have a 908E 3rd Gen that is running T900E3A-R11-4-4-E and I am having some SIP related issues. I was wanting to upgrade to the latest firmware.

Is it okay to jump multiple versions or should it be stepped up?

Hello and thanks for posting to the forum.

The TA 900e line is pretty robust when it comes to upgrading and downgrading.  My suggestion would be to try R13.7.2 first.  This was a really good version.  Test it out on there and see where that leaves you.  If issues still persist, I would then try the latest and open a support ticket.  If it is stable on R13.7.2, you can leave as is or try the latest when you have time.
