I am trying to install an Adtran TA 908e for the first time to provide PRI service into a Mitel 5000 PBX from Broadsoft SIP trunking service, we have inbound service working fine but calling out from the Mitel always fails and ISDN D-Channel diagnostics show the call is being rejected by the Adtran as "Unallocated or Unassigned number" no matter what number is dialed. I feel like I am really close on the configuration but am missing something. I have verified Outbound Call Templates are configured and active.
This is a test bench system in our office, and we are the Broadsoft provider, just never done any trunking before. I think the SIP side (both Adtran and Broadsoft) are correct, just seems to be something missing. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks... I actually just got off the phone with tech support and got this working... the voice dial-plan entries seemed irrelevant, the main issue was there was no SIP trunk group, once that was added and I set the outbound caller ID in the Mitel, everything started working.
BTW, the call type changes to "unknown" in the Mitel were not necessary, it works either way.

Please post your config.
Also make sure the numbering plan in the Mitel is set to unknown.

Try the following:
Remove all the voice dial-plan s
Change voice grouped-trunk "PRI TRUNK GROUP" to
voice grouped-trunk "PRI TRUNK GROUP"
trunk T02
accept $ cost 0
Add this:
voice grouped-trunk "SIP TRUNK GROUP"
trunk T01
accept $ cost 0

Can you post the new config with the fix? I am having a similar issue and beating my head against the wall
