my customers Physical T1 (PRI) is down, so they are operating on the backup connection, which is an Adtran Total Access 908E
since operating on the adtran, when they put a caller on hold, the MOH sounds very choppy
they have a MOH server that uses Multicast, their PBX gets the audio stream via multi cast
why would the MOH only sound so horrible?
any ideas?
