recently, i encountered a problem on NV640.
The users feedback that when they dial to an external party via ISDN which the call is answer by a IVR system.
The call will drop after about 5 minutes.
is there any setting can be done on the gateway?

We will need to see the unit's configuration and the output of the following debug commands for a test call that is disconnected.
debug sip stack message
debug voice verbose
debug isdn L2-formatted
The debug capture should be started before the call is placed, and continue until the call drops. Also, we will need to know the ANI and DNIS for the test call, or a time stamp of when the call begins, so that we can trace a specific call in the debug output.
