It sounds like you have the wrong firmware loaded in the phone.

Make sure to read the release notes to make sure the Polycom firmware is compatible with 7100's firmware.

I actually did, but it looks like one or some of the files didn't transfer when using the FTP this morning. I resent the files over, phones came up.
