0x20 error message

Getting a 0x20 error message when trying to boot a NEW Polycom 650 phone to the 7100.

Hello merbac,

It sounds like you have the wrong firmware loaded in the phone.

You can find the firmware files here:

https://www.adtran.com/web/appmanager/portal/Adtran?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=waverunner_page_support_so...

Make sure to read the release notes to make sure the Polycom firmware is compatible with 7100's firmware.

I actually did, but it looks like one or some of the files didn't transfer when using the FTP this morning. I resent the files over, phones came up.
