With the TA908e (L5 version) with one DSP, how many PRI calls can be made simultaneously?

You are correct. The L5 (single DSP) version is 30 SIP-to-TDM conversions, so technically you can do a full PRI (23 possible) as well as 7 of the FXS ports going all at once.
