NV3140 unknow in n_command 7.1.7-12038

Hi to all,

We've got a new NV3140 that are showing up as Unknow devices type. Is there an update or a config to correct this?

Joel,

You should be able to upgrade to the 8.1.1 release of MSP to resolve this. In addition, you may find the following information helpful: n-Command MSP Device Definitions and Devices that show up as "Unknown" .

Many thanks... Update was done. Devices were deleted and did report back correctly!
